Dennis E. Wright

RHU - President

Denny Wright is the President of IntraHealth Solutions, Inc. Denny founded IntraHealth Solutions, Inc in 2002. His career in the employee benefts industry spans over 20 years and he is considered by many of his peers to be one of the most knowledgeable experts in this area with regard to self-funded ERISA health & welfare plans as well as Consumer Driven Health Plans. Denny is a graduate of Indiana University and a Registered Health Underwriter. In addition, Denny is active with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and is currently on the board of directors of the Indiana State Association of Health Underwriters and the Indiana Past State President.

Dave Ryan

Vice President of Broker Sales

David Ryan is the Vice President of IntraHealth Solutions, Inc., a third party administration and employee benefit consulting firm located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His career in employee benefits and insurance span over 20 years. Dave's primary responsibility is developing marketing and distribution channels within the broker community.

Marvin J. Loutsenhizer

Vice President of Corporate Accounts

Marv came to IHS two years ago after more than 20 years as a CFO and benefit manager for a major company. He is a graduate of Manchester College and Indiana University's MBA program. Marv's education and experience as a CFO has proven invaluable in helping IHS clients strengthen their benefit programs. Marv's primary responsibility is marketing the IHS worksite clinic and wellness programs.

Rhonda K. McDaniel

Vice President of Operations

Rhonda McDaniel has over 14 years of third party administration experience, coming to IntraHealth Solutions, Inc. in 2002 from BeniComp, Inc. She has long been involved in the operations and development of IntraHealth Solutions, Inc . In addition to helping to run and oversee the IHS offces, she is also IHS' HIPAA Privacy Offcer. Rhonda is active with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and currently serves on the board of directors of the local chapter (Northeast Indiana Association of Health Underwriters).

Eric Joseph

Treasurer

Eric Joseph has spent the past 6 years working for Renaissance Systems and Services (RSS) an Indianapolis based computer Technology Company which specializes in the processing of electronic claims. Renaissance Systems and Services has been an equity partner with IntraHealth Solutions, Inc. since 2007.During his time at RSS he has also worked with IntraHealth Solutions, using his technical knowledge to help them convert to a new and more advanced claim management system.

Barbara K. Knox

Director of Marketing

Barb has been with IHS 5 years and has the primary responsibility of handling all stop-loss underwriting submissions for stop-loss quoting as well as overseeing marketing materials and generating proposals for both new groups and renewal business. She has a CDHC certification in consumer driven health care and works with brokers as well as IHS staff on consumer driven plan designs and predictive modeling. Barb is on the local board of the NE Indiana Association of Health Underwriters and is currently the national communications chair for the National Association of Health Underwriters in Washington, DC.

Jenelle Smith

Director of Accounting and Administration

Jenelle Smith has been involved in the operations and development of IntraHealth Solutions, Inc. (IHS) since its inception. As the Director of Accounting & Administration for IHS, Jenelle is responsible for all areas of the TPA accounting, billing, stop-loss claim filing, HRA, FSA, and COBRA administration. Jenelle's career in the TPA industry spans 21 years. In addition, Ms. Smith is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and currently serves on the board of directors of the Northeastern Indiana Association of Health Underwriters.

Maurice E. Zahm

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Maurice has worked in the insurance business for over 40 years and worked for Denny Wright for the past 16 years. He has the primary responsibility for telemarketing to brokers and prospective new groups. Maurice manages the IHS marketing database and coordinates the scheduling of appointments for the marketing staff.
